The Discovery Set brings together the House’s Extraits de Parfum in discovery formats.

Every order comes with complimentary samples, so that you can continue exploring the Maison Mataha creations.

Maison Mataha creations are designed and made in France, in keeping with an exacting perfumer’s craft.

The full list of ingredients is available on the page dedicated to each creation, under the “Ingredients” heading. It also appears on the product case.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transactions are protected by SSL encryption. Your bank may also request 3D Secure authentication.

As soon as your order is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to you. It contains your order number, a summary of your purchases, any shipping costs and the applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. For as long as your order has not been shipped, we will do our best to meet your request.

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Orders are shipped internationally, subject to the destinations offered when the order is placed. Any shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and displayed before the order is definitively confirmed.

Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within a maximum of 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the time they are confirmed, unless stated otherwise on the Site or in exceptional circumstances.

After shipping, the delivery times generally observed are as follows:

• Metropolitan France: 2 to 3 working days
• Europe: 4 to 6 working days
• Rest of the world: 5 to 7 working days

The time applicable to your destination is communicated to you before your order is confirmed. These times may exceptionally be extended during periods of high activity or because of customs formalities.

As soon as your order is shipped, you receive an email containing a tracking link.

For deliveries made outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may be applied by the authorities of the country of destination.

Unless stated otherwise when the order is placed, these charges are not included and remain payable by the recipient. As their amount is set by the local authorities, Maison Mataha cannot determine it in advance.

Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receipt, at contact@matahaparfums.com.

Please include your order number and attach photographs of the parcel and of the products concerned. Our team will review your request and offer you the most suitable solution.

Where products ordered are damaged, incomplete or not as ordered, the refund is made no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us.

The refund is made to the payment method used for the order. It includes the original standard shipping costs. How long the refund then takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.
